It is not a bad cut and the stylist seems to be a nice person, I just look NOTHING like the inspiration picture I showed her. I actually had something closer to the cut I wanted before the stylist worked on my hair. Quite frankly I didn’t cry because at the end of the day is just hair. But hair (especially curly hair) feels like it takes so long to grow back! We discussed keeping the length, just a tiny trim to the longer layers, and now I lost years of growth because I have 2-3 inches of hair length less. I didn’t get all the layering or shaping I wanted because I was so afraid of losing more length if I asked that I told her it was okay like that. I am sad, it has been so hard to find someone knowledgeable of curls. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. The salon felt very noisy, not everyone wants to talk about their lives, at the end of the day we go for the services offered.

Edie was able to take me a half hour before my scheduled appt time, for which I am very grateful. Edie is always pleasant and professional. She walked me to my van, which I appreciated very much.

I would send a selfie but it would have to be a selfie before and afterwards but before is frightening in the after is just beautiful. I have been coming to practically frivolous 20 years I\'ve had many hair stylists over my 20 years but my hairstyle is that I have been going to since 2019 is the best hair stylist that I haven\'t gone to since I started with that hair salon. Edie Bailey, she understands she asked you what you there for but she listens and sometimes she don\'t really know what you want cuz you\'re not quite sure you\'re saying the right words she improvises then that way you can say yes that\'s exactly what I\'m talking about. I have gone from blonde hair to brown hair and tried to go natural and I was not ready for the natural gray hair that has been bestowed on me. So today\'s visit I asked my awesome very special hair stylist Edie I want to go back to be in a blonde with highlights that I have on my own natural hair so today\'s hairs color went from a natural Gray to blonde with my own natural highlights and red which is a warmth type of highlights that I have on my own hair. I recently in less than a year went to try something really outrageous and I had Edie cut my hair really short very very short and she asked me many times are you sure you want to do that and I said yes if something crazy I tried it won\'t happen again I\'ll never ask her to do to do that, but with that being said today I asked her to shape up and make my hair a little more softer than the craziness that I had her trim almost shave last year. So today my awesome hair stylist that can call my friend she gave me back my blonde hair with my own natural highlights which brings up the warm almost like a hint of red she shaped it my hair and made it look so much more beautiful when I looked in the mirror after I put my glasses on I told her see there I look 15 years younger that\'s what I want to look like even though my next birthday I will be 70 I don\'t look 70 today and I couldn\'t look that way without my awesome wonderful hair stylist Miss Edie Bailey, you too can look beautiful and youthful but only if you choose to have one of the finest hairstylist in St Petersburg, Florida the one and only Edie Bailey she works at Practically Frivolous.

I always get my hair curly cut and colored by Anna rose! Having curly hair, it can be hard to find someone that you really trust and I’m so glad I found Anna! She is very knowledgeable in her skill and passionate! She always asks what my goals are with my hair and excels at the result every time!
